What do I need for a consultation?
Your date, time and place of birth, and optionally your Janam Kundli and a palm image for a deeper reading.
Gemstones & Certification
Are all stones certified?
Yes. Every listing carries an independent lab certificate (GIA, IGI, GRS, etc.) with a verifiable certificate number.
What does 'unheated' mean?
It means the stone has not undergone heat treatment to enhance colour or clarity. Unheated natural stones typically command a premium.

Can I buy a gemstone directly on GemSarthi?
No — GemSarthi is an enquiry-based marketplace. You browse certified listings, send an enquiry to the center via WhatsApp or email, then visit to complete your purchase in person.
Is there any charge to use the platform?
Browsing, astrology consultations, and enquiries are completely free for users.

How is the buyback price calculated?
The platform offers a transparent rate of 25% below your declared original purchase price, subject to center review of your receipt and the stone's condition.
What do I need to resell a gem?
Your original purchase receipt (mandatory), at least two photographs, and ideally the original lab certificate.
